but outcome is very nice&clean (for one project, I would rather kill myself if I would have to do it on daily basis). This is example of my current method, it's just second iteration where I'm still finding best arrangement, so work in progress.ĮDIT: you can get 1:1 ratio precision with ShapeMaker, my first try takes 2 hours because I had to count grid intersections a lot and I have to make many helping shapes like 1x1, 5x5, 10x10, etc. 5x5 milimetres and then make cursor snapping to intersections? Plugin? I couldn't google any way to get this done in Paint.Net? Like you can define a grid eg. at cost of nerves and pixel by pixel counting. Depending on how much time I spent, I can get very professional results. Right now I'm drawing lines in Autodesk Fusion to get basic shapes and precise ratios between lines, and then I use it as template in Paint.Net.

So anyway, this was my only problem with Paint.Net which is "precise drawing" with some kind of Snap to Grid function like AutoCAD programs have. Hi guys, is my only graphic program like for ever and I'm using it since I downloaded pirated copy of Photoshop decade ago via Limewire which just infected my PC with numerous viruses which gives me a big headache :)
